This document is an English translation of the Italian version of the Terms and Conditions. In case of any conflict, discrepancy or inconsistency between the Italian version and this English version, the Italian version shall prevail.
1. General Information
This document governs the use of the Leadoop platform, provided by:

Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Description of the Service
Leadoop is a SaaS platform for the operational management of commercial leads, including features such as:
- contact and lead management
- activity tracking
- appointment scheduling
- operational workflows
- integration with calendar services
3. Access to the Service
Access to the platform is allowed only after an account has been created by an administrator.
The user undertakes to:
- provide accurate information
- keep login credentials confidential
- prevent unauthorized access
4. Use of the Platform
The user undertakes to use Leadoop in compliance with the law and with these Terms.
It is prohibited to:
- use the platform for unlawful activities
- process personal data without a valid legal basis
- upload unauthorized or harmful content
5. Responsibility for Data Entered into the Platform (Leads)
The user is solely responsible for the data entered into the platform, including lead data.
The user guarantees that:
- they have a valid legal basis for processing such data
- they comply with the GDPR and all applicable laws
Methodia S.r.l.s. shall not be liable for:
- unlawful use of data by users
- regulatory violations arising from the user’s activities
6. Plans, Pricing and “Early Adopter” Model
The service may be offered as:
- a free service
- a paid subscription service
Any “early adopter” conditions may include:
- initial promotional pricing
- commercial conditions that are not guaranteed over time
Methodia S.r.l.s. reserves the right to change prices at any time, by notifying users.
7. Duration and Termination of the Service
The user may stop using the service at any time.
Methodia S.r.l.s. reserves the right to:
- suspend or interrupt the service at any time
- permanently discontinue the platform, including for economic or strategic reasons
In such cases:
- continuity of the service is not guaranteed
- no compensation or damages shall be due
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is”.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Methodia S.r.l.s. shall not be liable for:
- malfunctions or interruptions of the service
- loss of data
- operational or technical errors
- direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform
The user is responsible for backing up their own data.
9. No Warranties / No SLA
No warranty is provided with respect to:
- continuous availability of the service
- absence of errors
- suitability for specific needs or purposes
10. Third-Party Integrations
The platform may integrate with third-party services, such as Microsoft. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms.
Methodia S.r.l.s. shall not be liable for:
- the operation of external services
- any service disruption or data loss caused by such providers
11. Intellectual Property
All rights in and to the Leadoop platform are reserved by Methodia S.r.l.s.
It is prohibited to:
- copy, modify or distribute the software
- reverse engineer the software
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on leadoop.com.
13. Amendments to the Terms
Methodia S.r.l.s. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments shall become effective upon publication on the platform.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
